Uploading a BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
GuruduX handles complex construction procurement through the CPM Workspace. The foundation of this is your BOQ, which sets the budget limit for subsequent purchase orders.
- Navigate to Delivery > Projects and select a project.
- Go to the BOQ & Budget tab.
- You can manually enter line items by clicking Manual BOQ Entry, or upload thousands of items at once via a CSV by clicking Upload BOQ CSV.
BOQ Constraints
Once a BOQ is uploaded, you cannot create a Purchase Order that exceeds the quantity or budget defined for a specific Item Number / Cost Code.
